1. Send Inquiry with Detailed Specifications

To provide you with an accurate and competitive quote, please include the following details in your inquiry:

  • Book size (e.g. A5, A4, custom size)

  • Paper stock (cover & inner pages)

  • Number of pages

  • Binding method (e.g. saddle stitch, perfect bound, hardcover)

  • Printing color (black & white, full color)

  • Quantity

  • Surface finishing (e.g. matte/glossy lamination, spot UV, embossing)

2. Submit Artwork Files

Once the price is confirmed, please send your artwork via one of the following:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • File sharing platforms: Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, Sprend, etc. (Please send us the download link)

Preferred formats: Print-ready PDF / Adobe InDesign packaged files
🎯 All fonts and images should be embedded or outlined.

3. Payment Terms

After confirming the order, we will send you a Proforma Invoice (P/I) with our payment details.

  • Payment methods: Bank Transfer / Western Union

  • Online payments: PayPal (only for small amounts)

4. Free Digital or Printed Proof

After receiving your deposit and artwork, we will prepare a free printed proof and send it to you via DHL for final confirmation.

🕒 If you have an urgent deadline, please let us know — we’ll speed up the process.

5. Mass Production

Once the proof is approved, we begin mass production immediately.

  • For urgent orders, we will prioritize your schedule.

  • If you need any changes after printing has started, please inform us immediately by email or phone. Major changes may not be possible once printing begins.

6. Final Confirmation Before Shipping

When production is completed, we will send you clear photos of the finished products.

After receiving your final payment, we will immediately arrange shipment. Only once full payment has reached our account will the goods be dispatched.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • By Sea – Cost-effective for bulk orders

  • By Air – Faster delivery for mid-size orders

  • By Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) – Ideal for urgent or small orders

Make Contract

After both of us agree with the price and other details (such as the payment and delived time etc.) ,We need to make the contract.

Deposit

Upload Designs

Make Sample And Confirm

After we received your deposit and download your files successfully, we will start to make the proof samples for you. If you confirm the samples are ok ,we will go on mass production.

Confirm Mass Production

We will go on mass production in accordance with the proof samples. On this period we will send you the product photos until you confirm ok.

Balance Payment

Delivery
